5.925-7.125GHz band under Part 15, Subpart E:
987594 D01 U-NII 6GHz General Requirements v03 provides general requirements for filling form 731
and supporting information requirements for all types of 6 GHz devices.
987594 D02 U-NII 6 GHz EMC Measurement v03 test report, exhibits, and RF Measurement Procedures
for demonstrating: EIRP, Bandwidth, Channel Mask, Out of Band Emissions, Contention Based Protocol
(Listen Before Talk), Transmit Power Control (TPC) and Automatic Power Control (APC ) as applicable
to 6 GHz devices.
987594 D03 U-NII 6 GHz QA v03 Questions and Answers for 6 GHz devices. This attachment provides a

FCC | FCC要求手機能支援HAC

FCC於2024.10.17宣告FCC 24-112文件，所有手機100%皆應能支援與HAC助聽器相容。
並要求廠商需在網站更新手機對於HAC的認證訊息。

RSS-248 ISSUE 3於2024.10公布，針對6 GHz頻段開放Very Low Power (VLP) 產品使用(5925-7125 MHz)
，並制定相關規範，使6 GHz頻段應用更廣泛。

FCC | FCC提議擴大6GHz VLP設備運用頻段
2024年10月4日
FCC於2024.10.4提議擴展 6 GHz 附加頻譜中的VLP設備頻寬。原開放VLP工作在U–NII–5 (5925–6425 MHz)和U–NII–7
(6525–6875 MHz)兩個頻段，提議增加開放U-NII-6 (6.425-6.525 GHz) 和 U-NII-8 (6.875-7.125 GHz)，使VLP設備
可使用的頻段更完善。
